Estate Litigation

Unfortunately sometimes there are disputes during the administration of an estate. In those situations I represent clients to be certain that the estate is managed in accordance with Maryland law and with wishes of the person who died. If litigation is required to the resolve the dispute for the lawful settlement of the estate I represent clients in these cases. Often a trust is another document that may be a helpful part of your estate plan. After discussing your circumstances I can make recommendations concerning an estate plan that fits your needs.
